Project-specific hardware, fabrication and third-party services are priced from the approved scope. Your schedule, payment plan and total cost are confirmed in the written build brief before enrolment.
Not a pretend assignment. The brief is signed off with the user first—for example an automatic school bell, tank controller, clinic queue screen or shop-status system.
Build sequence
Gate 01
Prove the problem exists
Observe the work, interview the user and record the current failure, delay or cost.
Gate 02
Choose the smallest intervention
Compare a process change, software tool and hardware system before deciding what to build.
Gate 03
Build an alpha
Make the cheapest version that can test the riskiest assumption with the actual user.
Gate 04
Field-test it
Record where it fails in context, then rebuild the weak hardware, code or interaction.
Gate 05
Cost the next version
Produce a parts list, labour estimate, installation plan and clear recommendation: continue, change or stop.
Completion
Finish with work you can show and explain.
Attendance alone does not complete the programme. The build and its record must meet the stated test.
